Two component solvent free type high build epoxy phenolic/novolac phenolic coating with polyamine adduct system is an advanced protective coating designed for extremely aggressive chemical environments. It consists of epoxy phenolic or novolac phenolic resins combined with a polyamine adduct curing agent, which reacts to form a dense, highly cross-linked and chemically resistant film. Being solvent free, it provides low VOC emissions and high film build in a single application. This coating is widely used in chemical storage tanks, oil and gas facilities, refineries, ballast tanks, and industrial process equipment exposed to strong acids, alkalis, solvents, and hydrocarbons. The novolac phenolic modification enhances resistance to high temperatures and severe chemical exposure. It is applied by brush, roller, or airless spray and cures at ambient conditions. Once cured, it forms a tough, impermeable barrier. Overall, it ensures superior chemical resistance, durability, and long-term protection in highly corrosive industrial environments.
